How can I contact my State/Territory Authority (STA)?

Each State/Territory Authority can be contacted by Email or Phone, with each STA also having a Club Support Manager (CSM). Bowls Australia has 11 Club Support Managers (CSMs) working in conjunction with state and territory associations and clubs across the country – their contacts can be found HERE

How do I Reset my Password?

To reset your password go to BowlsLink login and select ‘Forgotten Password – Reset’
If you are logging in via National ID Number or Mobile Number or not receiving the validation code via email. Contact your State/Territory Authority.

How do I Enter a Competition

Competitions can be registered via our membership and events platform, BowlsLink

If you cannot find the event via BowlsLink, please contact your State/Territory Authority

How do I pay for an Unsecured Entry?

An Unsecured Entry occurs when a person making a competition entry has completed all the required steps but then does not finalise a payment. The entry appears as Unsecured for the entrant and as Tentative for the competition administrator.

The common reasons this may occur are:

  • Internet outage or computer shutdown at payment stage.
  • Payment failed – card out of date, insufficient funds or payment gateway issue in processing.
  • Entrant did not realise payment was required with entry and had no card available.

How do I Transfer Members from Club to Club?

As a Club Administrator, you have the ability to either Invite or Invite and Transfer members to your Club – Inviting a member will nominate your club as their Secondary Club. Inviting and Transferring will nominate your Club as the members Primary Club.

How do I Add Financial Members to my Club?

As a Club Administrator, adding members to BowlsLink and having them financially recorded ensures accuracy and clarity of membership records and information such as contact details, gender, membership and participation type, age demographics, etc… which allows reports to be generated, and these can be used to report to bodies such as government or sponsors for grants or financial opportunities
